As a G-4 visa holder, you are considered as a nonresident for tax purposes. You will be filing a Form 1040NR reporting US sourced income. As TurboTax does not support nonresident filing, please visit Sprintax for further assistance.
However, if you married to a resident spouse, he or she can file a statement to treat you as a resident. This way, you both can file Married Filing Jointly. To see procedure, click here Nonresident to resident. You cannot e-file but you can still use TurboTax to prepare your tax forms. You must paper-file by submitting all the tax forms including the statement by mail to the IRS.
For more information, see G-4 holders.
