Generally if you invest in a limited partnership, you do NOT have At Risk amounts over and above your investment.

But the original question isn't asking about "over and above"— the questioner is specifically asking about a turbotax checkbox: "All of my investment in this activity is at risk". So could this be clarified? Does a casual investor in this particular New Jersey partnership check the box for "All of my investment in this activity is at risk"?
