Your 1099-B is not "incomplete". Box E is checked indicating the broker is not required to report the cost basis to the IRS.
You are expected to have that information in your own records. Even though the 1099-B does not show the info, you broker may or may not actually have it. You may enter the word "various" for the acquisition date.
