1099-Int from IRS

I received a 1099-Int from the IRS which says it is interest paid to me by the IRS. Do I just handle this as every other 1099-Int I have and put interest in Box 1? There are no box numbers on the form.

yes and if you have state income taxes the interest is also taxable for state purposes.
