When I try to import my year end statement, everything looks good, Primerica Shareholder Services is on the import list. It then asks for a nine digit account number. Problem is that my account number is three letters, followed by six digits. It fails with "The login you entered is invalid". Any tricks to get past this? Since they use Pershing, I also tried selecting that without success.

@W0X0F look on one of your monthly statements. Are you sure it's not a 9 digit number?
according to the Primerica user's guide, the account number is a 9 digit number.
Just verified again. Account number is listed as 3 letters hyphen 6 digits i.e.: XXX-123456
A nine digit number would be for the company EIN, not your account number. Look for an EIN for Primerica.
And have you seen this FAQ? What if I can't import my 1099

@W0X0F you are to enter your account number and then your SSN (that is how the desktop version works)
try it again; then try without the 3 leading letters - not sure that will help but worth a try.
are yoy using a Chrome browser?
Contact Primerica Account Servies on Monday - or manually type in. You don't need to key in each transaction - only the subtotals.
@VolvoGirl the import instrucitons (for desktop) spefically ask for account number, but doesn't indicate all characters are numeric. Further, since there aren't any other posts on these boards related to Primerica, I wonder if it's on the user's end????
Planning on calling them Monday. I will report back on this thread if they have anything useful
