Form 8995

I have an entry in line 6 of Form 8995 (Qualified REIT dividends). I did not consciously enter anything like this. From where in my Income entries did this come?

There are two probable places this could have come from. REIT income is sometimes designated as 199A income. This will often appear on a 1099-DIV in Box 5 or on a K-1.
