How do I file previous years taxes?

Do I need to do previous years before current years taxes?

I received a notice from the IRS that I needed to correct information for window replacement. I can't find updated status of return through IRS.gov. How do I locate that?

I entered an incorrect QMID and had to correct it. When I go to IRS.gov to check status, it still says I was sent a letter in the mail. No other information. I resubmitted that information about 6 weeks ago.

I filed and was accepted on Feb 6. I still haven't received my refund and the Wheres your refund tool still says delayed. My transcript shows code 570?

My transcript shows 570 immediately before 966 for the amount of my refund. I have received no correspondence from the IRS, to verify anything or anything like that, I'm trying to figure out when I'm getting my refund.
