Im wanting to buy a home. But I have a low credit score, no credit cards (always denied to getting one) and alot of old debts and things I dont agree with on my credit. What should I do?
I also work for the state and qualify for down payment assistance.

I would go to annual credit report.com and start disputing some of your old debt. That should help your score to come up enough to get a card But it will take about a year afterwards to really see it come up
