New York Nonresident Deductions

I am a nonresident of New York State; living in Connecticut but working in Manhattan. Both I and my employer contributed to a Health Saving Account. How would I determine the New York Source Portion for this? I attached a screenshot. Thanks to anyone that can help!

If the $225 are your contributions to the HSA, none would be New York source since they are applied to your resident state.
