Another form 2210 Question

I know a lot of people have been having issues regarding their 2210 form autogenerating but I haven't seen anyone post exactly the statement my account says.

My account specifically says "You don't owe an underpayment penalty. However, form 2210 must be filed with your tax return."

Just wanted clarification from TT on this update about whether or not it's fixing the problem of the program thinking you need the form, or if they're just fixing the generation of the form when you don't need it at all.

I've already been rejected twice and I don't want to wait another week only to have it rejected again.

As of today (3/8/19) Form 2210 issue is fixed. Please update your TurboTax software. If you are using TurboTax Online, it is updated automatically. Please sign out, clear cache/cookies and sign back in.
