Trying to remove Child and Dependent Care Credit from State filing

I entered partial info for the childcare credit before realizing I didn't need to. I was able to remove it fully from my federal return however when I review my state return it won't let me continue with filing until I finish the info (even though it is removed)... How can I fully remove it so I can continue submitting my taxes?
