The program may be asking you to re-enter your credit card information for other reasons. For example, did you add any additional options since first making the $104 payment? Are you perhaps using the Desktop (CD/Download) platform and need now to e-file your state return?
You'll be required to enter the credit card info to continue, even if there are no additional charges. Rest assured, however, that if there are duplicate charges on your credit card, TurboTax will gladly refund them.
