Unable to file IL state tax electronically but paid amount due via FIS.GOV,COM. What happens now that I have to file by mail. Don't want to enclose check if I already paid and it's been charged to my Visa.

never heard of the payment source but that doesn't mean it isn't legit.   so for now all you can do is just mail in your signed and dated return. to the address indicated in TT filing instructions
