What is up with all the difficulty in posting a question here...

This is for anyone in the forum...I find it extremely cumbersome to find the place where I can post a question here... yes, eventually some how I get here but it is never easy or straightforward.

Can someone post a link or provide some steps to come to the community page to post a question?

I agree. Trying to find  me way around this site is like a part-time job. Not easy to post and even less easy to get answers to the question.

They make it difficult.  I have asked for years why so difficult and it falls on deaf ears.

Rarely after finding a way to post a question have I received a valid reply.  Like Quicken terse responses only.

Most of my questions are about the software.  Taxes are pretty straight forward. 

No one knows how the software works.  Nor will anyone validate a bug in the software.     

Even more this year they are trying to force you into doing your taxes online.  This forces you into their cloud.  I hope it is safe for all those duped into entering all their personal information into a web page to be recorded somewhere into the ether.  Who knows who hosts their cloud?  How they secure their cloud?  Wireshark the traffic as you work.  Really scary to look at what you can see that left your machine.

On a similar note, email notifications no longer work for me.

I have it setup properly under "notification settings" but I never get any email alerts.
