W2 retirement income

I entered a W2 from a non-qualified retirement plan. It is posted to 1040 line 1A. Last year the same entry was posted to schedule 1 line 8t. What am I doing wrong?

W2 retirement income

The amount should have appeared in line 11 on your W-2 form entry in order for it to appear on line 8(t) on schedule 1. Since the income is from a non-qualified pension plan, it should appear on schedule 1, line 8(t).
