The overtime I worked wasn’t included in my income so I filed somewhere else after I was charged from turbo tax. Can my order be refunded?

If you are due a state refund, you should still be able to get it even if filing a late state return.  So you won't give up your refund just because it's a few days late.   The question would be whether your state has any penalty for a late return even with a refund, but even that wouldn't prevent you from getting the refund.   There are too many states to know the rules in each one, but I would guess that in most states there is no penalty for a late state return that is getting a state refund.   For example, for a Federal return there is no penalty for a late return that is getting a refund.   Many states may also follow that same principle in a similar vein; however, a state could have its own rules.   Even if a state did have a penalty for a late return even with a refund, you would still get the rest of your state refund.
Dial 1--800--TAX--1040. That will connect you to the IRS. Have on hand a copy of the return(s) you are calling about.   @torishingleton01

File when your checking or savings account has sufficient funds to pay the TurboTax fees.   OR visit your state revenue website to explore online filing option. You would enter all the state tax forms manually, but there would not be a fee.   @thuff919

Hi Monika, thanks for your response, much appreciated. I thought I was on the Canadian side. Noted, I'll check the link you forwarded. I will go through the US Canada Tax Treaty and fetch the details. So, based on what I understand from your email, the distribution which is reinvested in a Canadian RRSP should not be taxed but the distribution reinvested in Canadian TFSA, should be taxed in USA by IRS? Note: In the USA, I am considered a resident for tax purposes. Could you please confirm. Thanks, Razi

@ lightning1031    Is this a single return as opposed to married filing joint?   If it's a joint return, report back with the rejection error code/message so we can know whose 2024 AGI is failing.   Don't give up without resubmitting by using a 2024 AGI of 0 as @Mike9241  suggested above.   If the AGI of 0 were to also fail, then there is one last thing to try, but it's a bit onerous unless you already have an IRS online account.   One could get an IP PIN which is a more powerful verifier than the AGI; i.e., it supersedes.  The IRS says an IP PIN can be used to verify your return instead of the prior-year AGI.   The IP PIN is entered in a special interview topic.   We can tell you more about that, if necessary, but first see if an AGI of 0 works.

If the IRS doesn't show your extension request despite filing and paying on 4/14, it could be due to processing delays. The IRS updates taxpayer balances no more than once every 24 hours, usually overnight. Payments may take 1 to 3 weeks to appear in your payment history. Next steps: 1. Keep your payment confirmation and extension filing proof. 2. Review your IRS account transcripts for your record of account and filing status. This shows detailed information including payments posted and extensions accepted. Delays are common, but continue monitoring your IRS account transcripts for the most current status of your extension and payment.
The  letter, from ODT (Ohio Dept. of Taxation), explaining the adjustment, comes separately from the refund.
