I haven’t received it, and it’s been way longer than the usual 21 days and I’m just wondering what’s going on and what should I do about it…
I printed, but I want to make sure that my taxes are complete.
Your solution doesn't work. Today's date is already entered and I've been rejected 4 times.

Check your email's spam/junk folder to see if the code is ending up there.   If that's not the problem, you can go to your settings in your Intuit Account and may be able to correct and verify your email address there if it's not verified.  Or you can change the email address if desired (using the steps below.)     Here's how: In the left menu column scroll way down to Intuit Account. Then once in the account choose tab Sign In & Security. See if your email address has a tiny link beside it that says "not verified".  If so, click that to verify. Perhaps once you verify it there in the account settings, it won't ask you to verify it again when you are efiling. Or you can change the notifications email address, if desired.  If you do, also verify it while you are there in the account settings.

To confirm your scheduled Indiana tax payment, you should check your Filing Instructions or the State Information Worksheet within TurboTax, or use the official Indiana INTIME portal for external verification.    In TurboTax Sign in and scroll to "Your tax returns & documents". Select "Add a State" (this is a "backdoor" to re-open your return without adding a new one). Go to Tax Tools > Print Center and select "Print, save or preview this year’s return". Look for the "Electronic Filing Instructions for your Indiana Tax Return". Your scheduled payment date will be listed at the top under "Date of Withdrawal" or in the "Balance Due" section. Alternatively, find the "State Information Worksheet"; the payment method and date are usually in Part V or Part VI.  You can also verify the status directly with the Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) using their INTIME portal:   Visit the INTIME landing page, locate the "Payments" tile, and click "Check Your Payment Status". You will need the confirmation code from your filing and the email address used. If you have an account, go to the "All Actions" tab, find "Submissions," and look in the "Pending" tab to see scheduled payments.

The culprit is often a cluttered or "broken" cache. Since these temporary files can interfere with how the software loads, cleaning them out usually fixes the issue.   If you are using the web-based version, try these three troubleshooting methods: Clear out your stored  cache and cookies  Use an Incognito or Private window Try logging in through a different web browser (for example, moving from Chrome to Firefox or Edge)   If you need extra time, filing an extension by April 15, 2026, moves your submission deadline to October 15. But remember any taxes owed are still due in full by the original April 15 date.
