The Form 1040X is scheduled to be available on March 4.  The date is subject to change, so check on 3-4 to see if it is ready.   Before that, do not change anything at all on your return.
Contact the state. https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/state-taxes/contact-state-department-revenue/L9qVToi02_US_en_US?uid=m6e06um0

If the IRS has offset your refund, you'll get a letter in the mail explaining it, with contact info.   @hhavens89
It said 2/19 then 2/25 and it’s not available yet

Yes, you can't download state programs from over three years ago. They are not supported, as the Amend window is three years.    @miamoe2

If you can be or are claimed as a dependent you can’t contribute to an HSA.
Enter it manually; not all 1099-Rs can be imported.   Choose Skip Import or Enter a different way, then choose Type it in myself.     Where do I enter a 1099-R?

Is this your first attempt to receive help for your 5-year issue, other than speaking to the IRS?   I don't see any other posts from you in this user community, at least not under that display name.  Or did you attempt to track down your refund each year?   Have you spoken to TurboTax Support and the third-party company that offers that payment method?    Here's how that payment method works:   If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, then the most common pathway is the following.  The third-party company that handles that is SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group).   SBTPG's bank receives the funds from the IRS, takes out the TurboTax fees, then sends the rest to your bank account (or card.)     The pathway can be more complicated, however, if over the years you chose to have it deposited on prepaid debit card offers such as NetSpend, Credit Karma Moneyspend debit/checking account, etc., then that can create an even longer chain.   In any case, if it was SBTPG's bank that received the funds from the IRS, that's a good place to start your investigation.  They should be able to tell you if they received it and where they sent it each year.   The SBTPG refund lookup tool can be used to look up tax years 2025, 2024, and 2023.    Choose the "For taxpayers" portal at: https://www.sbtpg.com/   However, since this is a longstanding issue involving multiple years, you're probably going to need to phone SBTPG.  You can speak to SBTPG customer support about any of the 5 years. SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours.   https://help.sbtpg.com/hc/en-us/articles/230084587-Contact-Information   Or if you need to talk to TurboTax Customer Support, here's how to reach them. Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific, 7 days/week. https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/contact/

Follow these steps to see if we can break the cycle: Fix the w2 issue for you:  If you imported the w2, there may be a ghost number in box 7 or 8.  Go back to your w2 and be sure there are no tips reported by deleting those boxes - even if blank. You may need to put 0 in each box. The program sometimes likes a blank and sometimes a zero. I would start with blank.   Fix the w2 for your spouse: Look at boxes 15-17 which indicate which state, how much income was earned and the taxes paid. Be sure those boxes are filled in correctly with the actual numbers on the form.   Any estimated payments should be entered under Federal Deductions and Credit, under Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, Select Estimated Tax Payments, enter any state payments made directly to the state.   Continue through federal and back through state to pick up those missing amounts.
If you indicate that you are filing for a refund, rather than as a personal representative (check box C) you should be able to Efile.  Form 1310 is used to claim the refund.   @user17721348628

There are 2 different PINs.  If you are getting e-file rejects from IRS it will be due to the 6-digit IP PIN.   The 6-digit Identity Protection PIN is generated by IRS and changes every calendar year for anything you file this calendar year (regardless of tax year) and you can get your 2025 IP PIN from your account on irs.gov.  You need to enter it under Other Tax Situations / Other Return Info, see https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/where-do-i-enter-my-ip-pin/01/3539648#M1309013   Turbotax also asks for a 5-digit PIN for the e-file process which is an arbitrary code of your choosing for this year's filing, it does not need to match anything or prior year.
