Oh @Rrey413 ....thank you so much for your comment. "He wasn't in office then" and "do some research before publicly making a fool of your self " (it's yourself by the way).......SO Trump's tax plan was signed into LAW in 2017. Therefore...follow me here...we were still in his tax plan from 2020 - 2024 because those years come AFTER 2017....Biden didn't sign a new tax law my guy. We've literally been under his tax plan since it went into effect January 2018.

Yeeeeeah this isn’t on Trump. This has happened to me every year from 2020-2024. He wasn’t in office then. It’s a W4 issue. They are used to calculate how much tax you’d owe but it’s not a perfect science. The IRS should just tell you how much you owe and then you calculate how much you’ve paid then the difference tells you what’s what. At this point there is a section on your W4 that asks if you want you job so withhold anything more and I’m going to select that and just add like 150-200. Anything over will get refunded or applied to whatever outstanding balance I may have.  do some research before publicly making a fool of your self

@ bradbundy55 wrote:  Did my taxes with you four months ago and still haven’t seen my refund Must of because the payment came out of my bank account to pay you "Payment came out of bank account" Came out of bank account when--at the time of filing or several weeks later?    If a debit happened several weeks later, it was likely this:      If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if the refund is delayed at the IRS, TurboTax would go ahead and debit your bank account, so is that what you meant?    If so, only the IRS will know what all they are doing with your return.   Before phoning them, see what is displayed at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool.   Is there any message there? https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund   Or if that's not it, and by "payment came out of bank account", did you pay upfront at the time of filing with credit/debit card, and if nothing is showing at the IRS WMR.  If so, then check to be sure the return was successfully filed.   Log in and at the Tax Home, look to see if it shows as accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?   When using the IRS WMR tool:   Be sure you enter the correct tax year, SSN, and filing status. Be sure you are using only the Federal refund amount.   Do not include any state refund or any total refund or net refund (Fed and State) that TurboTax may have provided on a screen.   Look at your actual Federal return to get the Federal refund amount to enter, i.e., your Form 1040, Line 35a.
Must of because the payment came out of my bank account to pay you

Box 12 with code W should include both employer direct contributions and any contributions you make via payroll deduction.   The program will add them back to your taxable income until you certify that you had qualifying HDHP insurance.  This step should come in the W-2 interview if you run all the steps, and it can also be accessed in the HSA interview on the Deductions and Credits page.  Make sure you answer all the questions and don't skip around.  Once you certify that you did have a qualifying health plan (and which months), the contributions will be taken back out of your taxable income.
It’s simple tax return But I do not see the option to start from a previous year. There must be a way to do it no?
The "volunteers and experts" who felt compelled to respond have ignored the very clear language and intent of the post. This is not helpful.
Box W, Employer HSA contributions, is increasing my tax bill. Aren't employer HSA contributions non taxable?
I had just gotten my last w2 I paid last year with no service rendered  .I was hoping you could help, for the 2 years since your company didn't do what I paid for?
