No, you do not have to pay to amend your tax return.    The change you need to make does not require the use of any special extra form or schedule that would require an upgrade to a paid version.       Wait until your original return has been fully processed before you amend, and make sure you have saved a pdf of the original return before you amend. (If you do not save it as a pdf, the amended return will overwrite the original, and the original will be lost forever)     See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a tax return -   CURRENT YEAR https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/amend-federal-tax-return-current-year/L7eS6o1qh_US_en_US?uid=lfunevhk

You would file form 8379 for 2019 and 2021.  It is for the debt for THOSE years.  You would not include it with your return for this year, instead you would just file the form on its own.  You would need your tax records for those years to allocate the income and tax debt due to each person properly.
Do I need to pay to be able to do this, I cannot find the MY INFO with the free addition.

@AMFBali Boxe 16A is Employees’ second CPP/QPP contributions. This amount should be reported of second CPP contributions deducted from the employee’s additional pensionable earnings, and this amount is showing on line 22215.   T4s were affected by the updates of some forms. We invite you to visit this FAQ article for more details:   How is my T4 slip affected by the CPP/QPP form updates (Schedule 8, Schedule 8QC, and RC381)?   Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
It's not going to duplicate the slips on the spouse's side. It will add them to the necessary forms like the T1 & Schedule 3. Check the Detailed tax summary (DSUM in Forms Mode).
The situation described here was sent to the development team for further investigation and correction as needed.     @BizTaxes  @herry022323

Hi! So, he is 22, but has a FT job, doesn't live with me, and I don't provide him financial support.  I believe with that set of facts, I cannot claim him as a dependent?
Please answer YES to the question "Is your mailing address outside Canada?" to be able to enter a non-Canadian address.

You would use form 8919 to file and pay your uncollected social security and Medicare taxes as an employee.   Since the company is closed, it would be a good idea to attach a statement noting that the company is closed.  You would amend your 2023 return to file this form.   You can do this in TurboTax  by selecting the following AFTER you select amend if you already filed a return for 2023:   Income Miscellaneous Income Other Income not already reported on a Form W-2 or 1099 Yes, to did you receive any other wages Continue through until you get to Any Other Earned Income and select Yes Select Employee compensation that was not reported on a W-2 Continue through answering the questions.  Put a checkmark in the box that says you received a 1099-Misc Select letter H- I received a form 1099-NEC that should have been submitted on a W-2 TurboTax will then include form 8919 with your return for uncollected Social Security and Medicare wages.  This will have you pay 7.65% of your wages.
