Michigan Dept. of Treasury website says for efiled returns to wait 4-6 weeks after acceptance before checking the refund status.  So has it been longer than that?  In any case, here are some things you should check:   First, you need to be sure your state return was successfully filed.   If you efiled, be sure your efiled state return was accepted.  If you used Online TurboTax, you can check by looking at the Tax Home in your Online account.   Or did you choose to file by mail instead?  TurboTax does not mail it for you.  If you chose that method, you have to print, sign, date, and mail it.   FAQ:  How do I track my Michigan state refund? https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-michigan-tax-refund/L5VlbOtDE_US_en_US

The overtime I worked wasn’t included in my income so I filed somewhere else after I was charged from turbo tax. Can my order be refunded?

If you are due a state refund, you should still be able to get it even if filing a late state return.  So you won't give up your refund just because it's a few days late.   The question would be whether your state has any penalty for a late return even with a refund, but even that wouldn't prevent you from getting the refund.   There are too many states to know the rules in each one, but I would guess that in most states there is no penalty for a late state return that is getting a state refund.   For example, for a Federal return there is no penalty for a late return that is getting a refund.   Many states may also follow that same principle in a similar vein; however, a state could have its own rules.   Even if a state did have a penalty for a late return even with a refund, you would still get the rest of your state refund.
Dial 1--800--TAX--1040. That will connect you to the IRS. Have on hand a copy of the return(s) you are calling about.   @torishingleton01
