Is the amount sent/issued by the IRS the same as the refund amount shown on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 35a? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If not, then go to this IRS website for information on reduced refunds - https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc203
Are you also receiving a state tax refund? If so, the state refund is sent directly to you based on how you chose to receive the state tax refund, it does not go through the third party processor. Use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_US_en_US?uid=m7ulm2n7
Did you request to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund?
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the $40 service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the $40 service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

My name is Casey Kroez and my case # is 1773193478097. I have been desperately trying to get my “benefits package” $29 refunded for many reasons.
1- it did noting for me what so ever. I had to try to figure out everything on my own and got rejected time and time again with NO help from you guys as to why
2- there was no change what so ever between the free and $29 package. I feel it was a complete and total waste and cannot afford to lose even a dollar. I am really struggling and this is killing me.
Please, again, help me to get my money back and even cancel the whole service if that’s what it takes. I am going to have to go to someone in person and all I did was waste a week Of trying to use you guys. This is beyond frustrating and I do not know what to do next.
Beyond all the attempted emails and calls, no one has been able to even respond to me.
Kindly can you please get back to me asap. I have no time or money to waste and would really appreciate some assistance. Thank you and I am really hoping to hear back via email or phone ASAP.i put the request for refund in online but of course, nothing back. Twice actually. This whole thing is causing me stress and getting to be very upsetting.
My email is kckgirl1392@icloud.com
My case # is 1773193478097 and phone # is 728-288-6384
Anxiously awaiting your response,
Casey Kroez.
Ps- below I attached my receipt as proof I was charged against my will. I was under the impression paying would allow them to do it for me. I was misguided and now I am very frustrated. Please refund my payment method card ending in 9737.

That box only needed to be checked if you were receiving the Earned Income Tax Credit. Otherwise there is no need to have the box checked and doss not affect your tax return or any tax refund.

How did you file the return? If you efiled, look to see what the efile status that's showing on your Tax Home page. Does it say accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what? If you efiled, and if that confirms it was accepted, then use the Michigan refund lookup tool (see FAQ below.) On the Michigan Dept. of Treasury website it says "For e-filed state returns, allow 4-6 weeks from the date you received the accepted return confirmation before checking refund status."
