Write off services as business loss on taxes

I am a private healthcare practice that offers some of my services for free. Can I write thise off? If so, how?

That is a common question.  No you can not deduct the free services you provided to customer or donating  your time to a charity, etc.  The logic is you have not have not recognized the income from providing the services , therefore you can not deduct
