My wife and I are equal members of a newly formed LLC and file jointly.   Which version(s) do we need to file 2024?

Unless you reside in a community property state and hold your interests in the LLC as community property, you will have to file Form 1065 for the LLC.

Note that you will need two versions of TurboTax:

1) TurboTax Business to prepare your 1065 for your LLC (which must be installed and run in a Windows environment; and

2) Any other desktop version of TurboTax to prepare your personal income tax return (1040). Note that if you want to use an online version, you will need to use TurboTax Premium.
