W4 for my wife...

My job takes an appropriate amount of federal taxes out of my check. However, my wife's salary is about equal to mine, and they only take out about 1/2 of the federal taxes compared to my job. I have a W-4 in front of me to complete for her job to prevent owing federal again next year.  

Please help.  Will I be able to share my specific numbers with a tax expert to get the correct amount withheld?
