There is no tax form to submit for SAVE Repayment plan, however you will or should have recveived a Form 1098-E from the IRS, which documents interest portion of loan payments made in the tax year in question. You will use the Form 1098-E form to determine the amount of your Student Loan Interest deduction, which is dependent on your filing status and adjusted gross income (AGI)
