You do not need to start a new account.

Provided your single-member LLC has not made an election to be treated as a corporation for federal income tax purposes, you will report the LLC's business income and expenses on Schedule C (in the Business Income and Expenses section of the program if you are using TurboTax Self-Employed).

Note that you will have to be using TurboTax Self-Employed if you want to use an online version of TurboTax.

That is correct, as mentioned by tagteam, you do not need a new TurboTax Online account.  If you have a deluxe or premier version, you will be able upgrade that to the Turbo Tax Online Self-employed version.
