TurboTax has put together a great article on how to lower your tax bill.  The suggestions run the gamut from reduce income, increase deductions and delay income.  Those are quite vague but there are many specific suggestions which may apply in your situation.  

Read through this indepth article to see what suggestions may work for you.  ie charitable giving, tax loss harvesting, energy saving tax credits and the list goes on.  There should be something in there that will work for your situation.
