My tax return was sent to the RIVO department

My state return was sent to my bank no problem, later in the day my federal return was sent to my bank (Mid February) but for some reason it was sent as a business transaction. I tracked it down to the bank that turbotax uses, they said that they had sent it back to the RIVO department. We'll we're almost in May now and my tax return still hasn't been sent back go the IRS. I'm in limbo out thousands, what should I do to remediate this situation?

At this point, it may be best to contact the Taxpayer Advocate Service.  This link is their contact information.  They will be able to help track down your return at the IRS, assuming it was sent there.  And can help you with any needed next steps as well.
