I added 1099-R after my taxes were pending

I don't know if I used Amend my taxes are not. I just followed the instructions of the turbo tax advisor. And when she finished instructing me on what to do, I hit enter and saw the new refund whit the new 1099-R added.

Why have my taxes not been pulled out of my bank account yet? I put my bank info into turbo tax and filed on time.
