How do I fill out the W4 to get correct state and federal withheld for my 2 jobs (spouse has 1 job, married filing jointly)

Here is a calculator you can use to determine how to fill out your W-4:  W-4 Calculator 2024.  What's great about using this calculator is that it contemplates and asks you about multiple jobs you and your spouse have (on screen two).  If you enter the pay data from each of your jobs, it will help you know how to complete the Form W-4 in a way in which you're comfortable with how much tax will be withheld from your paycheck(s) so as to avoid an underpayment of tax.

Each state has a similar form to the W-4 for appropriate withholding of state taxes on the individual state's Department of Revenue website, which you can access online.
