I assume you are a sole proprietor.  Hence, your business income and expenses should be reported on Schedule C of your personal return (Form 1040).

In 2023, your business has no income, but you have home office expenses. You can claim the home office expenses, and your business would likely have a net operating loss (NOL). You can carry the 2023 NOL forward to 2024 and later years.
