Cost segregation

I have been using a CPA due to a cost segregation done on a rental property 2 years ago. Does that cost seg still affect any of the forms I may need now?  I don't plan on selling the home ever so I want to be able to use TurboTax on my own but nervous the cost seg will somehow come up again or I'll miss something?

Ben.

Cost segregation

Since the property was purchased two years ago and cost segregation was done at the time of purchase you would just continue reporting the depreciation in the same way as your previous accountant. You would use the same depreciation methods for each component as in the prior year.
