2023 Premier keeps crashing when I review the tax data and making changes

So sorry for this technical trouble.  I know this can be very frustrating.

 

A few things to try include:

 - If you are using the desktop version please try going to the online menu and select "Check for Updates"  to make sure the software is up to date.

 - Check your System setting for Windows Updates, if using a PC,  or if using a MAC, go to the Apple menu in the corner of your screen, choose System Settings. Click General in the sidebar of the window that opens, then click Software Update.

 - If you are using TurboTax online, you can try clearing Cache & Cookies in your history, and then making sure your browser is up to date.  Prior to clearing history, be sure to log out of TurboTax, clear history, and then close the browser and re-start it, and log back into TurboTax.

 - You might also try using another browser.

I did check the systetem and my desktop turbotax premier updates but problems still keep happening.

Hi!  I'm sorry you're still having problems with your TurboTax Desktop software.
