How can I fix my W-2 import issue?

A small number of customers received a W-2 from their employer generated by a service called BenefitMall. If you imported a W-2 from BenefitMall, some pieces of information may be missing or were inaccurately entered during the data import process.

To resolve this issue, remove the W-2 and enter the W-2 information manually.
