Well this has been a disaster. I am unable to use the app because it does not work, the server can not be reached to look online and the phone line just hangs up on you. This really needs to be fixed. I will not be getting this card again. I understand that this is a special circumstance, and it is new to everyone. But it has been known for weeks that this was coming in, and I feel nothing was done to prepare for it, but I received a bill still from you guys. So obviously that part is working just great still. Something needs to be done so people can check their balance and activate it, I feel like I am dealing with health insurance when trying to access my own card. Sure you can but good luck getting through. This is silly
