Won’t accept my social security #

When I go to eFile, it asks me to give my social security number to access my credit score. I’ve entered it several times and it won’t accept it. I have no options to skip this page or move forward to finish filing my returns..

same whenever i try and go through with the e-file it just keeps saying to input my 9 digit social its annoying
