I received an email telling me I can see my credit score for free, but when I put all my information in, it says "It looks like some of your personal info isn't correct. These things can happen. Let's try again and double check that all your details are accurate."
I've checked over and over again, verified both my account info and the info I'm putting in, but I'm still getting the same issue. Does anyone understand why this is happening?
