Verification questions don’t match up with my life

When I try to check my credit score, there are already verification questions set up that are clearly not applicable to me or my life (questions asking which address I lived at in a town I never lived in, the age of people I do not know, etc). I assume this means someone else using my social security number already set up an account?? Not sure what to do about this.

Those questions are intentional - just leave what does not apply blank. (Someone trying to impersonate you will not know the questions does not apply so they try to guess at the answer.)
