Turbotaxcard

I have an old turbo tax card I received my stimulus payment on but for some reason it won't let me transfer or withdraw my stimulus money at all card won't read at any atm only can manually type card info to buy something

It sounds like the magnetic stripe is damaged. Call the card issuer and ask for a replacement.
