New income

My income has gone up as I have a new job since November 1st. It is my new income, which is significantly higher,  plus my husbands income. How do I update this as far as income to debt ratio.

New income

I don't think debt to income is part of your score.  It would be part of any creditworthiness calculation if you applied, but I don't think it actually counts in the score.  (Mainly because self-reported incomes won't always be trustworthy and employers don't share that information.) What you could do is create an account at each of the three credit bureaus and see if they will allow you to report an income.  Creating an account is free but you may only get very basic services, and might have to pay for a subscription for the services you want, so be careful.
