You should really check your credit reports (which you can get for free from the site below) to ensure that there are not any spurious/inaccurate items in your credit history.
I am having other payment on the DTI as well. I checked my credit report and nothing shows inaccuracies. Can TurboTax explain what that means because the calculation they have for DTI is confusing.. please don’t send us to a link.
