Identity theft

I questioned a transaction on my credit report, now I’m being asked to verify my identity before I get my federal return and my stimulus, I can’t bc the system is froze up and phone lines are down, I really need help i lost my job due to this virus and have 5 children, 4 at which lives w me full time please help me
