in Credit score
How exactly do I read my credit score on Turbo? I see a triangle pointing down with the number 20 in red next to my score. Then I see some traingles pointing up in green, and triangles pointing down in green under my credit score breakdown.
I received an email saying my score changed by ten points but I cannot determine why this occurred when looking at the dashboard. Can anyone help me navigate:
1. Understanding the symbols used on the dashboard (e.g. upward facing triangles and downward facing triangles, color coding)
2. Learning the "why" when I am alerted that my credit score has changed

Thanks but I don't use either of those platforms
