How can I access a debit card I never activated? I have the routing/account number but I don’t have the card number which is preventing me from any way of speaking to a live rep. My stimulus check was deposited to a card I never activated so I don’t not have a way to access my stimulus check.

I had the same issue. I had to call them and they are sending out a replacement card.
If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, you have two options:
1) If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen.
2) If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance.
You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.
If calling, please be patient. It might take a number of attempts to get through.
When you call that number how do you talk to a live person? I've gone through the menu and there is no option to talk to someone that I've found even though when you first call the recording says they are very busy and wait times are long, which indicates that they do have support people answering calls.
