I’m not able to sign up to check my credit score. When filling out all my initial information I hit “continue” and it tells me to “please enter your 9-digit social security number” despite me having just done that correctly. I have tried that repeatedly with different devices and with old addresses and I haven’t found the answer, any ideas?

I already have a Turbo tax account I’ve used for years, but it looks like I’m signing up for turbo tax credit. And that’s where the new information threw it off.
