Credit inquiry

There is a company on my credit as an open account called Medical Business Bureau. I don’t know what this is. How do I find out?  It says it’s an account that was opened in December. I’m afraid someone may have opened something up in my name that is not mine. How do I challenge this? Or find out what it is?
