Credit Card balance is incorrect

Bank did not tell you a payment that was made, but they told you about another account that a payment was made on and they were done the same date. My credit card balance for Empower is $500 lower

I had the same problem, what I found out was depending on the bank, some banks report debt paid off within a couple days some banks report debt paid off at 45 day mark. I paid off my credit card on 1/5/19 I’m still waiting for my credit union to report the debt being paid off. This is common situation
