care credit

Hi! I've been working on my credit over the last year in order to get to a place where I could be approved for CareCredit. I need a lot of dental work, so this is extremely important to me. I am at score of 689 but I was recently denied for an Old Navy card. Does any one have any experience getting approved for CareCredit?
