payment for e-file but mailing return instead

Hi, I paid to e-file my returns but because of an override I used, e-filing was not allowed so I am paper filing.  Please refund my credit card payment of $24.99.  Thanks

You would have to contact TurboTax Support for a refund.  You can contact support at the following website.  In the box that asks What do you need help with, do not put refund, enter billing issues.
